After nearly 30 Years as Barry Howard Homes we are rebranding to “Fairline Homes”. 

It has been a sincere pleasure to have my family name as a brand. 

As our industry moves into a more sustainable and innovative future The Board of Directors and our management team have taken the exciting decision to rebrand for the future. 

Fairline Homes will be driven by our customers choices. By excellence in building innovation. Sustainability will be at the heart of everything we do. 

We thank the 2,000 plus families who live in homes developed and built by Barry Howard Homes. 

We very much look forward to working with our new Fairline Homes customers as the next 30 years unfolds.
